Faithfulness Nguevese Agbo

Faithfulness Nguevese Agbo is a seasoned development practitioner, program manager, and social impact leader with a strong commitment to advancing health equity, gender inclusion, and sustainable community development across underserved populations.

She currently serves as the Executive Director of HealthMedic Support Initiatives, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare services and promoting the well-being of vulnerable groups, particularly women, children, and internally displaced persons (IDPs). Under her leadership, the organization has successfully implemented high-impact interventions including medical outreaches, family planning and contraceptive education, menstrual hygiene awareness programs, and targeted support for pregnant and lactating mothers in marginalized communities.

She holds a Masters in Health Management and a PhD(in view) in Health Economics Management and Policy and professional certifications in Project Management in Health, Leadership and Management in Health, Global Mental Health from the University of Washington and Digital Safety and Protection for Human Rights Defenders. She is also certified as a project management DPro.
These certifications have strengthened her expertise in program design, implementation, impact assessment, and safeguarding practices within development contexts.

With a professional background spanning sales and marketing, medical tourism consulting, and development programming, she brings a unique blend of strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and project execution skills. She is particularly passionate about designing and implementing programs that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—notably SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).

Faithfulness has led and supported initiatives in collaboration with local communities, civil society organizations, and development partners, consistently driving measurable impact and sustainable change. She is also an advocate for women’s rights and empowerment, actively engaging in capacity-building programs that strengthen the voice, safety, and resilience of women human rights defenders.
