Michael Ogbole
I believe a meaningful life is defined not by personal success alone, but by our positive impact on others and the legacy of service we leave behind. My journey—academically and professionally—has been guided by a deep commitment to knowledge, integrity, and human-centred development.
I hold an MBA in Project Management from the United States, a Master of Science in IT Security Management from the United Kingdom, a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business Management from Canada and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Nigeria. I have also completed additional postgraduate studies, which have further deepened my understanding of global systems and how to drive sustainable change. Currently, I serve as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst in the Canadian public service, where I help safeguard national digital infrastructure and promote secure information systems.
Across all these experiences, one constant has remained: a commitment to service. I see technology not just as a tool, but as a bridge to opportunity, especially when guided by ethics, empathy, and equity. My life philosophy is grounded in the belief that knowledge should empower communities, protect the vulnerable, and open doors for future generations.
Through both professional work and volunteer engagement, I strive to use my expertise to contribute to social good, building secure, inclusive, and resilient systems that elevate lives and enable progress. Service is not a side effort; it is at the core of who I am and all that I do.
